1. To get the walk in discount, you MUST walk to a DIFFERENT INSURANCE COMPANY and buy new policy.... or
2. You must get buy a NEW policy if you use back the same insurance company, dont just renew your current policy
3. Registration card is NOT NEEDED to renew insurance....
4. Your previous insurance policy is also NOT NEEDED to renew insurance.... just tell them your car number, they can retrieve it from the system....

The registration card is only needed to renew roadtax, and you dont need the insurance policy to renew it....

This is based on JackNg's recommendation of walking into a post office to do it.... which i actually do...
