kennie maybe u can solder 2 transistors to the empty placeholder to increase the resolution or to letup it.
then we dont have to flash the firmware.
brick with soldered transistors have higher chance to recover by desolder the transistor
brick with firmware is very hard to fix, u might need a jtag flasher, which is very hailat to do it.

from the fz150 website http://fz150i.forumotion.com/ recommend to tune ur bike if got accident or bike fall down .. as the sensor will run off .. the fuel save on this bike is awesome .. mine using for working perday trip 40km pump rm 15 can last 10 days .. speed at 90-110 .. and the thing u need to change is change to a better tyre as the original china tyre is very very slippery on wet road .. mine slip 3 times on wet road .. standard rim can change untill 110/70 rear tyre a bit look like superbike hihi. some owner change up to 120/70 ..
