Hi.. why i cant connect my device to kies? it keep showing connecting..

Hi, I just update my phone fIrmware using kies. It seem like slowing my phone. My phone contact seem to load slow than before. izzit I din installed properly? When I'm leave it to download it just show loading to 13% but when I reconnect to re download again it show my phone is already up to date.

Hi, have anyone experience when there is a call in, the phone hang and this messsage appear. "unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped." and another prob is the msg notification din go off even we had read the msg.. need to restart only will back to normal..
