Hi All,

I purchased an S3 a couple of days back, all was good until yesterday when the phone started having issues.

Whenever I make or receive a call I can't hear the caller or the caller can't hear me, but if I use viber there is no problem. Have any of you guys encountered this problem or have a solution to this? short of sending the phone for repair.

Advice is much appreciated.
