u can try. but if i were the company i would stop all orders now, to keep up with the demand

but still hope the sp is good....considering the complications they're encountering now. not sure is production process problem or just low production volume

just to share with others in regards to the status of the variants of the samsung galaxy sIII situation  hmm.gif

I would like to see more reviews like this, especially from the LYN community, seeing as in the near future, there will be a new incoming S3 variant coming doh.gif

don't think the global model will be affected by this...

the ones who should worry are those in the US, where different providers got diff models

go samsung apps > search for Galaxy S3 Task Manager Short Cut

could be due to the heat, causing the coating to crack

the chances to occur will be higher if you're using an external casing, where the heat will be more difficult to dissipate

I've been using this phone for 2 months already.
Until now, I haven't done any custom kernel or ROM flashing yet.

Still enjoying stock tongue.gif

well just make nandroid backup only
then flash the custom rom you want, best is flash those base on stock rom, just flash over
if want use back stock rom, just use mobile odin flash it back
*
QUOTE(Zhao @ Aug 1 2012, 12:57 AM)
hehe looks pretty.

flashing custom rom doesnt require backup and restore . its just a precautionary incase you messed up the custom rom.

As for custom rom , most stock based rom does not require a wipe. Unless you wanna use AOKP rom.
*
what about my app settings and also saved games? i need titanium backup right? that's my concern

my personal experience of flashing stock based custom rom. the only apps missing is dsp manager that i flashed .
other apps and data/save game is still intact.
*
sure about that? then i will give it a go

because my only concern for custom roms is that it will factory reset / wipe my phone.

for htc, it will happen. i come from hox

so after countless nights of deep sleep battery draining caused by partial wakelocks, i downloaded betterbatterystats to find the culprit

my battery stats for last night during deep sleep, notice the awake part

the results from betterbatterystats as follow

» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

so obviously the main culprit must be NetworkLocationLocator.

upon typing networklocationlocator on google, the first link is this

http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1290035

now i've totally signed out and disabled automatic location sharing from latitude. hopefully tht solved the issue, and also some of you who experienced same problem as me, u might wanna try it as well
