i think they got register the phone serial into their network registry, you can go test drive, say your phone got problem, ask them check warranty, and then when they finish check, u say this 2 option:

1. if okay, then say: ei, suddenly my phone can use d o, thank you ah
2. if cant, say tq, go home cari the documents, if not ask for reprint maybe

honestly, i have reached my limit. my OneX case still not resolved, and my s3 already giving me problem.
and senQ manajer dont bother to look into my case more seriously.

brought my charger for them to test, its not charging. test theirs same. but then use another kind of charger not s3 kind, but can. They conclude is charger liao...wtf them !

Yeah, but depending on model also. There's plenty of choices there lah, you need to slowly pick and choose.

That's why you need to go and try it yourself. Stuff I like may not be as good as others feel. Almost all of the stuff on sale can be tested out first before buying.

But it works well other times. Now it only sips about 3% battery life when the screen is off and phone is inactive for 6-7 hours.
