I don't get whats the big deal with Overflow server. Now everyone wants to run away from Sea of Sorrow pulak.

Overflow server is exactly the same. You might get split up when your friend DC, then you just join overflow lo.

sPVP, armor no stats, you slot in set of runes/sigil to get stats. Everyone have access to the same runes/sigils.

WvW you wear your normal PVE gear, stats boost up to level 80 base stats. If you're level 80 and you lvl80 gear, your gear will be more powerful than non80 that got boosted. But everyone at level 80 will have roughly the same stats as well.

Boosted Level 80 < Level 80

People. NO servers are going to be full. You will get placed into overflow but overflow server is not a barren wasteland. Overflow is going to be as packed as the main one. It won't bar you from entering even if full.

So SoS is viable.
