depends on their builds but i think rifle warrior if going critical hit % and damage.

ah but i think pew pew pew faster?
my pew pew pew build can crit for 1k+ per shot i think.
but only useful in big confusing fights (i.e. at least 3 vs 3) when everyone is busy then i just pew pew pew the dying one.

well condition damage over time and high critical burst damage i think burst damage faster right?

but actually highest damage in shortest time is two handed sword the second skill hundred blades or something. that one easily 10k+ in a single attack but problem in pvp is that ppl moving around cannot land a hit. thats why need to throw bolas to immobilize them before cutting them down with hundred blades in pvp.

makes target bleed more i guess.
