yeah really smooth now... 50ish fps all max (shadow high) 1080p using GTX 460 TOP 1gb @ 830Mhz XD

Open task manager, go to perfomance tab, click Resource Monitor, then go to network, under TCP Connection u will see GW2.exe and see the latency column

which area? im at Mystic Forge and its around 37fps >_<
