I wanna know where to get fake grass, trees and such... actually I wish to do backdrop with my figures, however I think others like buildings would be hard to find. I remember XL shop got sell those fake grass long time ago but sold out I believe. Is there good tutorial or guides on making a realistic backdrop for misc figures? As for those 1/6 gun, ammo and stuff I know where to get them .

from somwhere i read b4 u can make 'grass' with sawdust and paint with with desired green colour... and small twigs mi with cotton + sawdust would be perfect...but everthing is till limited to ur own imagination

hmmm... that would make something like a landscape in a wild forest, hehe nice. I admired those who bought gundam model kits and then took the effort to paint it and make a nice landscape with it although it's usually meant for competition but they are true collectors unlike most of us just buy a kawaii figure, smile at it and put it there .

Perhaps we can have a picture gallery (can be posted at gallery BETA) to show some scenario mode of our figures regardless whatever figures.

You can try DIY with those cheap green dish washing sponge as the synthetic grass. Others like buildings I am not sure how they build so accurately similar to real buildings

think since we all live in msia...its kindda hard to get all those diorama stuff and no choice but to DIY them...

like been mention above...yes sawdust are good for grass and spray them green or whatever green you want.

sawdust get from carpenter or wood cutting shop la...they give you for free only...cause that thing is useless to them.

Hahaha, VincC454 already told that you can obtain from those carpenter shops. It is useless item while you can recycle it to make fake grass for diorama

u can also get it from architecure/landscape students...

maybe their rejected project, extras, or when they decided to drop their studies and they no longer need their models... LOL...

Go find those furniture makers, they have those sawdust... Alternatively saw a wood then
