How long would it take for my parcel to arrive? It's been about 2 weeks or so. And I paid 38 USD for the First Priority Mail. Here's the status of the parcel.

I never have any items directly from USPS with tracking info, so I didn't bother checking. But the items usually comes in after 3-5 weeks. That's why I'd rather use third party forwarding service like comGateway

From my experience ordering few items from US using USPS.It will probably arrive this week unless your item is held by Customs..

How would I know if its held by customs? Will they call me or I need to drive all the way to their office to check on it?

If you have tracking number, usually it'll update to reflect the hold up by customs. Last time, I ordered a pen and since it's a pen, I didn't waste any money to pay extra for tracking. After a month, I check my eBay list of bought items, I realized that the item is not arrive yet. I contacted the seller and he said the item was returned to him. He posted a picture with customs stamp saying "Tidak dituntut". So to be on the safe side, just go and check by yourself.

Usually when I bought items from US, it's around 3-4 weeks.

It's because your item still in US I think. This is the last update. Or maybe you should call Kastam on this.
