mf swap macro/script? hmm.. i use 100% manual, press I, move to selected items, right click right click right click... full gears 10+ items, duhh..

dang so cham... I feel u man... I also kena con before one early morning when I was still blur (at least that helps me live with it ). Thanks for sharing and hopefully you don't take it too hard and learn from it.

Anyway....using script to switch magic find some say is ban-able . So best to do it manually.

Take it as a lesson. You are fortunate that you only loss some virtual equipment. A lot of gullible people in the real world lost REAL money cause of GREED.

True.
By reporting them, here is the status :

They are [b]accused of scamming.
You admitted the you knowingly instaled and intentionally used a macro to gain an advantage in-game. They didn't force you to do it.

You may be in more trouble with Blizzard than them. You both decide to rob the bank. After the robbery, your partner runs away with your cut. You report your partner to the police. Profit.

TS, i feel that you deserved to learn this lesson but also i feel sorry for you.

some other tips to u or the other players,
- DON'T be tempted by strangers, there's a reason why we are taught by our parents/older people that we shouldn't talk to strangers, or in this modern world, never trust strangers

- DON'T do drugs, or don't do third party software EVEN if it's a working one. Cause even if you don't get conned by ppl who intro you the software, you have a higher chance to get an even worse consequences when you got caught by Blizzard Police. not only your DH items will be gone, YOUR whole account will be locked down.

- DO talk to your family members or friends or loved ones, it's less depressing than looking at Act 1, 2, 3, 4, or identifying crap ilvl 63 items.

- DO take break from the game by going out for some fresh air or yam cha with friends.

- DO something else like playing good board games or card games with friends (not Monopoly, Snake & Ladder, Risk, UNO, Cluedo, but maybe something like No Merci, For Sale, Revolution, 7 Wonders, Agricola, Puerto Rico, Le Havre, St Petersburg, Fearsome Floors, Ticket To Ride, King of Tokyo, Dungeon Petz, Dominion, argh too many!!)

i dont know why blizzard will ban script or marco for change gear in d3.

in WOW . that is ton of marco and addon . and there is build in gear change in wow default interface . you can change pvp gear to pve gear easly .

they really want us farm gold in games and buy gear in AH ??

Even so, when testing out the script, you should have log on by your own game setup and close out anyone from fast join your game. thus anything happen also you won't lost all your gear. I never trust any hotswap key, but for those who need to test any program or hotswap key, login by your own only and test it out before hand

But I think WoW Vanilla do have some feature so much better than D3. Was hoping it will implement in D3...
