PNB announced dividend of 8.9% for year 2012.
can start update ur book from 2 January 2012

Salam...

Anyone interested in applying for the ASB Loan by Maybank Berhad

Only need to pay the interest amount in the 1st years and for 2nd years onwards will be getting returns from ASB dividend to cover the loan.

GREAT DEALSSS!!

Easy Approval just need to wait 1-2 hour.

Only bank that provide Islamic Financing for ASB.

Anyone interested Kindly PM me.

Example:

RM100,000 loan to be invested in ASB (converted in certificate)
Pay only RM582/month for the 1st year
So on the second year ASB will give return (assuming lowest of 8%) RM100,000 x 8.0% = RM8,000 meanwhile the installment only RM6984(RM582x12)
With that u have a profit of estimated around RM1,016.

Thanks for your kind attention.

If I take 100k loan, I only pay RM582/month for the 1st year, then the remaining years, I don't need to pay anything? Providing that I only take the profit of the dividend after minus the total of what I have to pay for the following year?
