Got this email today.

"This Diablo III account has been locked due to an auction related issue. Until this issue is resolved, the account will be unavailable for play and access to the Diablo III auction house restricted."


I am the seller. The disputed auction item is USD 10.


I am the seller and i get locked...dafuq? all my other pending transactions also gone.

Edit : Been selling and buying with no problems for the past month. Money goes into my paypal.

Happened to me before.

Was selling something in RMAH for $250 and a while after I received the email saying that my item was sold, my account got locked and all my items in RMAH was returned back to stash.

Sent them am email but didn't want to wait days for their reply so I called them using Skype and they unbanned my account. Expect a hard time calling them and to be put on hold for hours, I had to wait on the line for 2 hours or so.

For my case it was because the buyer was not using a legit way to buy the item, maybe stolen/hacked paypal.

And they ban sellers too?

Yup, banned me (seller) and had to call to get my account unbanned.

weird...i had a transaction rejected once ($250)...item came back to me but i wasn't banned

depends on how severe the cases are, not every case also ban lor xD

makes sense why they would ban seller and buyers account, money laundering

bro, what did u say to them when you call? coz i opened a ticket and they closed it. guess i have to call to unlock my account.

I think you need to ask them, why you banned me?

Just asked why I got banned. They din't answer but just asked me for some verification and then proceed to unlock my account.

If you're trying to call Blizzard, call the UK number on Skype instead of the US one. Lesser wait time.

Mine RMAH experience, it show sold, and I was happy..later on, they return back my items and none sold. =.=
