oh, like that. You need to buy motor then transfer that number to that motor. Then you tender a nice nice number for your Saga. That motor you go throw sea coz suey punya nombor.

Mine is worse.. 4643.. the agent warn me before i sign everything.. but i insist is ok.

White paint coat & Bare Metal 

GaGa's exhaust, if I'm not mistaken OEM from AISIN, and NOT part of galvanize process in Plotong. So, NO ANTI RUST on the exhaust mounting. Exhaust pipe made by cold rolled sheets/pipes, bright finishing but prune to rust. You can easily go kedai logam get a can of rust proof paint and APPLY on it.

Either Plotong forgot to paint your mounting, or they replaced a new unit during QC in Sijangkang, forgot to paint it back very normal
What sh!t is there? Small matter. Go SC get the paint for you. Or you want better quality, sand off the rust 1st. Go kedai logam get a bottle of hai heat resistance paint and DIY. RM5, and you have full confident on your own work instead of SC go and spray some ordinary paint on top of the rust.

Well, those pics looked like my car.  Don't mean to educate anyone, I want to share info fr my car-junkie buddies, these are the explanation:

"Undercarriage coating are important especially in countries with winter season because to prevent formation of ice on road, their road dept will put salt on the road. So the undercarriage coat reduce the risk of rust by salt water, when "salty snow" melt.

In Mal, even though no snow, undercarriage coating provide additional protective coat against stone or hard object hitting directly on the metal. Not to mentioned our rain season also "boleh tahan power" and "banjir kilat". Coating also can help to reduce cabin noise.

All car body in the plant goes through a process similar to galvanising but it is called ED coat. This is compulsory. After this then only they paint them with whatever colour that we see. But this ED coat to a certain level may not protect the metal when it is scratched. So the undercarriage coat, can be wax, bitumen, PU, rubber help to strengthen the undercarriage."

So I feel as a car owner, it is good to know a bit how cars are made so that we don't get fooled by SC, mechanics.
