Location u give is too broad..in general Kg Melayu Subang has Unifi/Maxis coverage but I'm not sure if ur home is one of the covered address.

If terminate Streamyx 8Mbps or other Streamyx package before the end of contract customer is subject to a penalty of RM500 and RM350 respectively.
