i preferred custom wc rather than a kit.
with that budget u can get a quite decent combo.
for case i think u can refer to hantarkatsini since he is uisng tj11.

i suppose you don't have to cut anything for tubing for that case. the tubing can go through the hole between the main compartment and the bottom radiator compartment.
