63 eq drop rate after 20.07.12 maintaince, drop rate lower in act 1, act 2

hm.... for me is the same, got quite a numbers of ilvl63 rare, but mostly crap. (a +150 strength vodoo mask, not bad huh?)
The only thing I notice is jailer/ waller are not smarter... really jail you at the right time and pwn you... waller will definitely place it in the way that block all your escape path. |
