you can try to use dynamic dns provider..
but you must pay.. this is one example: http://www.no-ip.com/services/managed_dns/...ynamic_dns.html |

Anyone with Internet connection can host website. But to use a .COM domain, u have to buy one first from the many domain registration companies around.
Home ip is usually dynamic, this might be problem. |

All you need is Dynamic DNS Service (assuming you're using a Dynamic IP). If you want a DOMAIN , then you would need to pay companies like no-ip to host it for you. I am suggesting you the easy way out. Well , you got to do the math for yourself. Of course , if you want you could choose their Free "subdomain" package (i.e prasys.homedns.org)

Okey, let just say my domain name is DOMAIN.com. my apache is running smoothly. everything is okey. the PROBLEM is how to redirect the domain name to the site.
btw, i've tried the free domain name like www.dyndns.org and no-ip.com This post has been edited by software70: Jan 24 2006, 10:03 PM |
