A TM technician came over to my place today to check the phone line (due to constant streamyx disconnection) , and he claims that the splitter that i use (which was given with my Aztech DSL 600EU modem) is faulty, and is causing the problem.

This seems wierd to me because even without using the splitter, i will get disconnected also. But oh well, might as well listen to him. Nothing else i can do. (besides installing new phone lines) Can someone recommend me a good splitter to get? Thanks.

Why would i want to buy a second-hand item when i can pay a little more for a brand new one ?

Anyway, i need to know what to buy. Can someone recommend something? Thanks.
