QUOTE(Redondo04 @ Jul 20 2012, 02:17 PM) No telco is selling it anymore, try exploring around the forums or use search at trade zone for galaxy nexus, you'll find it, but very limited.Added on July 20, 2012, 2:23 pm QUOTE(fallout @ Jul 20 2012, 02:20 PM) Best is to ask shops/garage sales, in my town, all major service providers + Samsung shops cannot even see a display unit. I heard sme stop distributing nexus d due to so called 'low demand' idk where they heard that from. But true also rarely see ppl use nexusThis post has been edited by zalws: Jul 20 2012, 02:23 PM |

QUOTE(cravingstar @ Jul 24 2012, 08:13 PM) Hi people, i have done some research and plan to get GNEX(my 1st android phone). 1) http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=1959035&hl= i just bought another unit from this guy today Few questions, 1. Any one can recommend trusted seller as i have bad experience on buying phone online. 2. Is there a way to check the software before buying the phone(ie Manufactured date, etc) 3. How much does the 16gb/32gb cost? 4. I still dont understand after reading all these comments about rooting and fleshing, any website for beginners? lastly, does watching movie(720p) good on Gnex? Is that even possible? A full movie mp4/avi. 2) usually the new set would be in ICS 4.0, go settings > about phone (im sure some other bors here answered already.) 3) only 16gb, i bough for rm1220 including casing and screen protector 4) see this http://www.androidpit.com/jailbreak-android and http://android.appstorm.net/general/iphone...ndroid-rooting/ if you still dont get it after going through the forum 5) i heard there's still little lag for certain file types but if you got JB is a brand new game. |

QUOTE(cravingstar @ Jul 24 2012, 09:31 PM) fuuuuu, the article written by Eric McBride is FLAWLESS. I instantly understand the whole picture lol, but one thing he dint mention is fleshing. glad you find it useful, as for the phone, if u want it better get it quick i heard stock is low. um every phone have IMEI actually, just that now most of the samsung warranty is done online so your phone's IMEI is required to register the warranty online, as most times the seller will register it for you. That's the cheapest i heard with rm1220 including casing and screen protector. How about the manufactured date for the phone? I heard IMEI has something to do with SME(original) approved from samsung warranty. i think i know what flashing means now » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « flashing in other simpler words also means 'installing' / running the programme to install. well, that's frm my own understanding. good luck. |
