My Nexus model is IMM76K. According to Toolkit V7.4, it is a CDMA / LTE model. So how now? Do I select IMM76I (GSM) or IMM76K (LTE)?

QUOTE(mikeeeee @ Jul 20 2012, 06:23 PM) how is it possible your Nexus is CDMA/LTE if you are using it here in Malaysia with local operators ? That's why very confusing... in About Phone, it shows IMM76K. In Toolkit V 7.4, IMM76K is CDMA / LTE model. What is your model? Should be IMM76I right?By the way... mine is ori SME. Just flashed JB 4.1.1 on my new Nexus... crossing fingers. Saw the new boot up X logo. Already 2 minutes booting up.
I'm screwed... stuck on X logo for 5 minutes already. This post has been edited by acbc: Jul 20 2012, 10:53 PM |

QUOTE(IwanAGP @ Jul 20 2012, 11:19 PM) Then it's good. Make sure your yakju is clean with stock recovery else it won't work. What you actually flashed? Custom rom or OTA? I flashed a pre-rooted 4.1.1 earlier. It won't boot and stuck on X boot screen for more than 10 minutes.Added on July 20, 2012, 11:21 pm Nexus don't support facebook sync. I don't like to do that. I prefer all separable so I don't have solution or you. Followed All-In-1 procedure on the Toolkit. Now, I'm receiving JB via OTA. Another 3 minutes to go. Next is to root the JB 4.1.1 - can use Toolkit for this? This post has been edited by acbc: Jul 20 2012, 11:24 PM |

After 2 days... the battery life on Nexus way better than my XPS. I set both phones to check emails every 30 minutes from 9AM to 7PM daily.
With 100% on the XPS, by 6PM, I'm down to 15% and the Power Saver widget took over and shuts down 3G. With Nexus however, by 6PM, I still have 45% of juice left. And I'm on stock ICS 4.0.4 same version as XPS. Both no root nor tweaks. |

Stock JB 4.1.1 also have GPS lock problem. Mine can't even lock in open area. However, after 30 minutes or so, it will lock fine.

The microphone on Nexus not as sensitive as XPS. Tried Assistant and it can't recognize many common phrases unlike on XPS.

I ordered an extended battery with cover and bumper case. Hopefully arrive before Raya holidays. I find the current form factor too thin. With the extended battery, the phone will feel nicer to hold.
