Postage : Pos Laju RM 6 for max 500gr.
RM 8-9 for 1 kg within Peninsular Malaysia.

From December 9th 2012 onwards, orders will be posted out every Tuesday and Thursday only.

Waiting time : For pre-order or out of stock items, waiting time is approx 2 weeks.


Packing : All care will be taken when packing goods. All packages will be sealed properly and all individual items will also be sealed where possible.
However I will not be responsible for damage during delivery.


Refund/ exchange policy : Goods sold from my skin care threads are not refundable / returnable.
Goods from my pre-order threads are not refundable but exchangeable.
Exchange is permitted under certain situations.

FYI :Tazo tea used to be sold at Starbucks Malaysia about 10 years ago but its no longer sold in Malaysia. TAZO belongs to STARBUCKS USA.
All made in the USA.

So, to satisfy my tea craving I import them...

And since I like variety, I tend to buy different flavours at one time.
And I thought maybe some of you would like to try the teas but do not want to purchase the entire box !

So the good thing now is you can sample tea ! or you can buy the entire box too =)

To make your postage worthwhile, I'd recommend buying 10 pieces/tea bags OR MORE.
I can probably fit 11-12 bags into a pos laju RM 3 envelope.
10 is not a alot and if you drink a bag a day , it will be gone in well 1 week +.
Plus you can share it with your family / friends / colleagues.

It would make a good gift to anyone (boss/ family /friends) and just in time for Puasa month, for you to break fast with !
