You need to register with them first. Payment can be via credit card. Paypal too i think.

Once you make payment, $ is hold by Q0010 until you receive the goods. When u receive the goods & u click for "items receive", then only they will release payment to seller.

Bought a few times & have not face any problem as yet.

It really depends on where the goods is post from. From China & Korea, it takes about 14-21 days. From Singapore, it's about 7-14 days. These dates are just estimates from what i've bought.

Don't think they will send 2nd time. So far my purchases are via register post. If u r not home the first time, Pos Malaysia will put a notice in your mail box inform that they have something for u & you need to go collect it. The notice will inform which PM's branch to collect the parcel from. Normally there is a time limit for PM to keep the parcel. If you exceed the no. of days allowed & still did not collect from them, they will send it back to sender. If this happens you might have to pay for 2nd shipment.

Maybe you can join some spree at lowyat forum here, can ask the seller to quote you or ask them to assist you in the product you want to purchase.
I boughtmy stuff from gmarket before and dun really know how to read korean, so i asked the seller to help me.
