hi guys, just a quick question. is it possible for me to pay my family members utility bill which bears their name using my Amex CC?

hi forumers,
yesterday, when i checked my statement to my surprise maybank has charge me the service tax (SERVICE TAX - PRINCIPAL) on 15th september 2012 where as my card is only 4 months old applied somewhere in july 2012. how is this possible. as i understand that the service tax will only be charged when the cards are 1 year old? |
