After owning this card for about a month, what should I do if I still haven't receive my monthly bill via letter?

My Statement Date is 8 Dec 2012
Due date is 28 Dec 2012 So long as I pay between 8 Dec to 28 Dec, I am free from late payment penalty, right? |

Another noobie question, For people like me without M2U savings account, I prefer to pay by cash/cheque at ATM machine. For Cash payment I assume is quite straight forward, key in our credit card number & payment amount? For Cheque payment, what payable name should I put? And what's the account number to bank in? |
