Hi, just wanna ask that last week is my birthday n on last friday one fellow call me said that there is this Maybank 2 Gold for me as birthday gift from Maybank. I don accept it on the spot cause i afraid that it is those call from fraud syndicate. However, the fellow said he is from Maybank and prove to me by stated out all the transactions in my saving account (even when my salary being credited into my Maybank saving acc.
So, i am doubt whether should i accept the offer and is it a Fraud syndicate?

the fellow just said that no need to apply n just verbally confirm if i wan it then they will put in application (but still subject to approval from Maybank). The thing i fell weird is that he can see all my transactions in the saving account.

just call up the credit card department n get confirm that it is from Maybank tele sales dept. it is just a pre-approved application through phone call... anyway thx for u guys info.
