what to ask about internet purchase for non-RM transaction ... if i do the transaction on saturday, will the payment get process instantly and reflect the actual transaction day ?
I am thinking of booking a hotel DIRECTLY from the hotel website using AMEX on weekend ...
And I know AGODA is certainly not able to do so ...
is it depend on the merchant , credit card issuer bank, or other factor ??
