Agree with you, thinking of spend it on buying new laptop and rebate of RM400 really help a lot!

The most secured way is to spend at 12:01 am as per TS mentined in his blog....haha...

Really pants drop if can't get the rebate and pay in full amount...

Rather spend in LY with cash and greater cash bargain!

This CPP called me last year and I don't subscribe.

When I call bank and ask the CS say we don't have this kind of promotion, it's con and etc.....

dunno if the CS really so innocent dunno anything or the bank ask them to denied

I swipe 2k just now at 10am but yesterday was holiday!

Share my experience for paying Astro and Maxis bill using MBB AMEX card.

Astro

Call their customer service Friday night (as late as possible) or Saturday/Sunday early in the morning tell them u wan to pay using ur AMEX card, you will received SMS that the charges bill to AMEX account at the same day (usually within few hours).

** The CS will tell you they will process within 3 working days but from my experience they process very fast and usually within few hours.

MAXIS

U can walk in (everyone know) but you know the queue right? Just call them on Friday evening, u tell the CS u wan to pay MAXIS bill using ur AMEX card, they will arrange call back. (u can tell them that what time u prefer too)

Usually they will call u next day (saturday) then u provide details, u will received confirmation SMS immediately that ur MBB AMEX being charged for the amount you paid.

** Do not worry about scam call cause they will use 123 number to call you, maxis CS number.

Anyone got easier way can share also....

I'm still waiting for the result too!!!

So far no information received, last post I saw ppl received cash back credited into card Oct 10, so chances still there....

I got the RM 400 rebate too!!!

I swipe it Monday morning about 10am, still manage to get!

1st 100 ppl to spend 2k on AMEX in a week get RM 400 cash back.

Is it first week of the promotion period when you first charge? not many ppl know the promotion when it's first role out.

You can get the rebate every month, probably too many ppl try to get at 3rd month....

I read the T&C one clause said departmental store like Jusco, parkson, Isetan are eligible but other clause say cannot..

Any expert can advise?
