Ya, that is what I'm thinking right now. Of course after I get used to cc, I will try to maximize the use of it. But for now, I still cannot decide on which card is the best for me or maybe the card that offer best benefits. Cempedaklife suggest me to try apply for OCBC, is OCBC card receive by all merchant(petrol station, hypermarket, telco and others)? That is one important things. Do we have any thread that list out benefits of using cc? And let say if I want to terminate the cc after 2 month of using it, is it possible and will there be any charges?
What you can do is probably sit down and list out your average monthly usage (i.e. petrol@Esso=RM200 p.m, grocery@Jusco=400p.m, etc...) it will help in determining which card is best for you.
If you are able to max out the benefits (at average of 5% cashback, you will have to spend RM1000), it is recommended to get more than one card to better utilise all the benefits.
OCBC card is accepted by all merchants, because they are simply Visa / Mastercard issued by OCBC, it is no different than the Visa/MC offered by the likes of MBB, HL or Citi. However, as they are Visa/Mastercards, their cashback rewards are often lower due to the merchant charges being less than those of Amex (which is also why smaller businesses don't carry Amex), so there are pro and cons.
There are tons of benefits using CC, but if you are looking for specific ones, you are better off reading the individual cards' thread spread out around this forum.
It should be no problem if you want to cancel the Cc after 2 months of usage, but do check with the customer service on the regulations as you will be charged the service tax (RM50 per card) and on occasion, an annual fee (which is usually waived with some conditions, i.e. must be swiped X num. of times).

I just booked a room via Agoda using my VISA, instead of giving me 6% discount, it is only giving me 5%. I know the 1% is not big for my budget hotel but it's still a cost lo..
Previously booked twice also no such issue.
I've increasingly reluctant to use Agoda these days, as I find I can get even cheaper prices outside for the same hotels and most of them take the Amex card.
I've also resorted to simply calling / e-mailing the hotels to check if they can match of better the deals offered by Agoda (often they will), save on service free imposed by Agoda
