Fraud Case Happen !

Morning just now a guy call me and ask me did i do a transaction today, then i said no, and ask him who is he, he tell me he is from Maybank and told me my AMEX card have suspicious transaction so he call me up and verify. after confirm my last transaction, he ask me to fill in dispute form in nearest mbb branch and stop the transaction already. (i didnt tell him any information of myself )

just go to the branch and they told me have to waiting their reply/print the statement when its ready

i don't even know did i get charged by this fraud



i have to praise AMEX/mbb for doing an excellent job for detecting the fraud. but at the same time, why is AMEX card so easy to hack and they didnt do anything about it ? i never use shared computer to do online transaction, with using my computer i use credit card on reliable site only (like tgv, airasia,paypal) and i never take pic of my amex card and post online, why the heck others can easily use my card ?!?!!?!

Twice ?!

If happen again i will cancel amex for sure, seems so dangerous

One friend of mine who apply the dual card same branch with me also kena fraud case recently, is it some kind of credit card info leaking ?

His case is worse, the AMEX didnt detect the fraud, my friend only know when the sms sent to him.

Gosh, AMEX is so unreliable !

when my amex having fraud case my account show that as well. maybe, just maybe maybank flag ur card as fraud case ?

after reading the 1st page just reminded there is a agoda 6% discount promo

i booked few hotel last week, spent around 4k

it is very safe to book thru agoda, i use it everytime. booking.com, asiarooms are reliable too.

you paid in full when u made booking, so the rebate is on when u book, not the time u check in your hotel. Agoda will ask you to bring along the card you paid, but for my cases, they never check/ask me to present the card.

btw, if u wan to enjoy the 6% discount you have to follow a special link to agoda, u wont enjoy the discount just simply pay by maybank credit card.

Do u mean between 3 months or after 3 months? I
