When you register for your card? I'm thinking is the new user cash rebate bonus

around 3-4 months back already lor i register

I applied 2 days ago at klcc, got it in 2 hours, didn't get any cash back nor free TP.

Oic..if cash back only in certain places right??how manu % if not promotion??

2 hour? so fast? i just fax my document today.. wondering when can know the status ..

cash back is for all place as long they got merchant to accept amex card .. 5% cash rebate ..

Amex 5x TP is everyday..only 5% cash rebate is weekend

I collected my maybank 2 cards today at KLCC branch within 2 hours.

I do have a m2u account. But it was not linked together automatically.

Called CS and said need to go branch to link. Is it true?

can ask the CS ppl to do it. One of them ask me go branch then I called bck CS and spoke to a diff person he did it for me.

You should able to view your MBB2 Card tomorrow morning after MBB system run.

Just go to any maybank branch, fill in a form and the link will be done immediately. Remember to bring ur ATM/debit card as well. Else, call the CS to do it but it takes minimum 14 days.

Whos know the 3m cashback still avavilable??

Maybank card visa infinite can convert 1000 air miles with 4500 treat points, 2x points for spending
Maybank 2 Card can convert 1000 air miles with 7000 treat points, 5x points for spending

Maybank bundle all the treat points together, does it mean that can redeem points collected from Maybank 2 Card under the 4500 treat points conversion even though the points is collected via Maybank 2 Card?

no you cannot. Enrich pts redemption fro VI cannot combined with treatpoints from other cards

Depends on who the other pax is.

As per certificate of insurance:

“Covered Persons” A person shall be a Covered Person under the Master Policy only
if:-
1. He or she is:
a) The Basic or Supplementary Maybankard 2 Platinum
Cardmember who is the holder of a valid issued by Maybank
in his or her name: or
b) The legally married Spouse or Dependent Child under the age
of 23 of any eligible person described in (a) above; and
2. His or her Maybankard 2 Platinum Card Account is billed from Malaysia.

Also:

COVERAGE REQUIREMENTS
A Covered Person will be fully insured for benefits under the Master Policy while taking a
trip on a Common Carrier Conveyance only when the entire fare has been charged to the
Maybankard 2 Platinum Card.

I just called them and they said the similar things means if i buy 2 ticx together if the other person is my legal spouse then cover also...but she didnt mention abt the airfare fully charge on the mbb card la...
She say once u swipe then it is auto insured wo..

It's part of the terms of the insurance policy. If you don't do that, the insurer will not honor your claims.
