confirmed on the upgrade (did not get any email) but you can check on your selfcare portal.
Both my accounts are now upgraded to 100Mbps and 500Mbps respectively. Previously they were 10Mbps and 30Mbps. |

Accordingly my 2012 router will not be able to support 100MBps but only up to 40MBps. So if I accept the free upgrade, I will need to buy/pay for new Time router and that costs RM286.20. I will also be subjected to new 24 months contract. Unsure whether there'll be installation/labour charges.  |
