Pressing buttons.....hmm. I tried it but I really don't see any consistency with it. I tried alot of methods. Feed them with vitamins or train them alot but so far nothing significant.

I fight with my friend, I just leave it without pressing any buttons to see what happens while he keep pressing the buttons. Sometimes I win sometimes he lose. So overall most likely it's 50/50

My winning rate for all 4 digimon is around 50%. ( 46% 51% 51% 52%)

Perfect Level Requirements
Officially: "Fight 15+ battles with a victory ratio 80% or more."
In reality: Chances of evolution increase greatly by battling a great deal during the Child and Adult stages. Victory ratio appears to have very little effect.
