For issue 12, based on the back page of 11 is a modern tank and from a European country 

Plausible since that is the only Italian modern tank I could see if not mistaken.

No comparison really Dragon is far superior.
DeAgostini is the parent company that owns Altaya and the quality of the models varies a lot, often it assembly issues likes wheels the wrong way around as in the Jagdpanther or the IS3.

I have never had a bad Dragon model but the good thing with the Combat Tank/Panzer Collection is that you get a lot of models that no one else makes.

I relation to the special issues that are sometimes offered as in the dioramas I would not even bother buying them as they are the same tanks as in the collection but I do like the Famo and trailer.
