I will buy games at full price if I have the time to play it from the start (OMD2), or if I am trying to get the additional items/goodies that come from pre-purchase or early purchases (Borderlands2), or simply a tribute to the series (D3/ME3) that I am willing to take a risk on. Otherwise, I prefer to wait a bit cause I probably won't have time to play it anyway (plus Steam Sales definitely sweeten the deal with lower prices and bundle packages).
Would have gotten CS:GO as well but it is a mainly MP game and time is required for MP participation, it can wait till I have more time in hand (or if it pops up in the winter sales time).
*Actually, now that I think bout it - I think quite a lot of the LYN kaki I have in my list tend to buy games (especially Portal 2) at full/launch price too. Definitely not cheapskates IMO, haha.
