Hill assist is used for going up hill, just step on the brake till max & release it. Then u step on the brake again, u'll notice the brake paddle cannot be press any further. This mean the hill assist is activated.

This hill assist only can be use when going up hill, cannot on going downhill.

If u press lock using ur remote twice, it would deactivate the deadlock, this mean the door will still lock from outside, but inside can open the door.

Head unit change will not void warranty... I think most of ppl with RCD310 had changed to RCD/RNS 510

Passat is using 7 Speed DGS Dry Gearbox. The overheat is not caused by not enough DGS oil, but the clutch overheat. Many VW which using 7 Speed Dry gearbox had encounter this problem. The gearbox will overheat when u going up hill at very slow speed (less than 10 km/h). When u got this overheat message, you either need to drive faster or stop your car at road side to let the gearbox cool down.

Don't worry, your car won't explode... Just drive faster will do...

Free service is depends on dealer & promotion they're having when u buy your car.
Normally they offer free service to clear year end stock or pre-reg car

I think u need to sign the loan agreement first then only the dealer will proceed to register the car for you.
You dont need to serve the loan until the bank release the payment to dealer.
When you collect the car, you'll sign the delivery order, then the dealer need to submit this to bank in order the bank to release payment to them.
