QUOTE(Yusoff77 @ Apr 21 2013, 08:34 PM) To be honest, if not because of the potential problematic DSG, I've bought a MK7. Not sure about Focus but Mazda 6 (2.0) & CX-5 also tempting. Test drive M6 2.0 yesterday. Okay but if compared to MK7, aiyaa, MK7 is so much better. Great acceleration, comfort and handling. But very worried with the DGS and after sales service. In FB, everyday, there must be someone who is not happy with the SC. Any VW sales person in this forum can share what are the action taken to improve this very bad impression..

I'm one of the mechatronics casualty statistics, Car stuck in workshop for 1 month...no courtesy car and Problem is they don't update you on car status.

Having a Mk VI at home, I truly wondered how much better the Mk VII is. Verdict: A lot better http://www.kensomuse.com/the-vw-golf-1-4tsi-mk-vii-vs-mk-vi/

Car can't startup yesterday, technician came and jump start. So many warning light end up tow to SC. I thought is battery problem, seem a lot of troublesome.

All the sifus here, gotta ask you this. How can you immediately spot and tell if one is an MK4, MK5 or MK6? MK7 is easy with the shape of the fuel hatch cover... THANKS!
