Use proxies, you dont have to download stuff and its easier.

U need firefox though and install foxyproxy extension. and google search MEXICO PROXY and then input into the addon

but here is instructions

What you need:
an Origin account
Firefox browser
Mexican Proxy
Paypal or Credit Card

1. Uninstall Firefox, and install it again. (we dont want the cookiesor any other existing data to clash) and then Download FoxyProxy Standard for Firefox

2. You need a Mexican proxy, try to find one by searching through Google. Then, open up FoxyProxy and enter in the proxy and port number

3. Then click on select mode on the top and select the option "Use *PROXY* for all URLS

4. So the Proxy is in use now. Go on http://www.origin.com . The display language should be in Spanish and the URL will have the text "mx" in it.

5. Search the game and add to cart.

6. Now go in to the Cart and login to your existing origin account. click buy.

7. Then, enter fake mexican address and etc. REMEMBER TO INPUT YOUR EMAIL where the order confirmation will be sent to that email.

8. Okay, now switch off the Proxy in the final review stage (where you are just about to pay) and then proceed with payment (if paypal, just pay as usual, make sure the prices are the same in MXN currency)

9. Purchase the game, and voila! You have saved some money, enjoy your game

Yeah, haiz, can see framerate jerking too in medium settings.

Lol dude uninstall Firefox and reinstall, because the cookies may have been saved and they detected it

I got that error too the first few times, after reinstalling, it worked for me

Might be Ghost for a smoother experience and arcade-style FPS
Great for people starting off in FPS online world
but not very amazing graphics or game engine.
(I play BO2 and I think it would look and feel the same)

BF4 on the other hand, is pretty complex and difficult to be a pro in the game. there are tanks, jets, Helis and more in the field which beginners would struggle lol
but currently, the multiplayer is f**ked up... constant crashes. unsaved progress xD

really? lol have to upgrade to windows 8 to fix? xD

Then EA should give w8 discount code to all BF4 players
