Even on low settings sometimes drop to 15++fps...

no. your rig is not enough to do ultra at 60fps above bcoz you lack OCTA-core or 3960x or any cpu with 6 core and above (exclude phenom II x6 and HT).

head up to the official forum and the list is growing to 20 pages. some ppl with 3770k and titan even suffer from this low gpu utilization, high cpu load bug.

whats even more crap for me is the vsync is at 30fps = console, hence im wondering is this  a semi console port build for the beta

now tank also got ammo and need to wait for ammo to recharge, cannot spam crazily like in bf3

i noticed the sprint is slower in bf4, wonder it is just me
