anyone having random stuttering issue while flying chopper? i found whenever i'm flying too fast then it will freeze a while and crashed to sea

Gosh, moving from console to pc, so difficult to aim, I always shoot other till 3-4% life left and escape but when they shoot me 1-2 bullet I die sigh
