Not sure why... my Lightflow after I flashed Checkrom, not working for messaging and whatsapp.

I'm pretty sure before this I managed to get it to work for Handcent and Whatsapp, but now I think I need to buy the pro version only can use for Handcent and Whatsapp? Can anyone confirm/deny this?

Also, my stock messaging app disappeared, not sure if I uninstalled it but can't see it even in TB uninstalled programs. No real problem cause I'm using handcent but kinda weird. Could be linked to why lightflow not working for incoming messages even though I'm using handcent?
