the price is tempting and cheaper if compare to others, it is only 250k++, with 535sqf..just concern is studio so easy to rent out nowadays? somemore in cyberjaya..

whole cyberjaya is getting more shopping mall, shops and condo..but do you guys think there will be crowded as pj/puchong some day?
