5. Determination of shareholders for any IHH corporate actions will be based on list of shareholders at Bursa Depository and Central Depository Pte Ltd (CDP)
6. Dividend payment for Bursa Depository will be in Malaysian Ringgit, payment to shareholders at SGX is in Singapore Dollar.
7. CDP has appointed custodian, Citibank Malaysia to custodies all IHH shares that are traded on SGX. Citibank has opened an Exempt Authorized Nominees (EAN) CDS accounts to hold such securities.
