Hi Ken,

based on my experience, as long as your package is being held by kastam, you have the choice of collecting it yourself and pay the necessary taxes (depending what item and value it is) OR you can appoint the pos personnel to do it on your behalf, of course there will be a nominal fees to be paid for the appointment of them collecting it and delivering it to you.

10% is cheap in comparison to some who get taxed 20% + 10 % when importing "statues"
