Hi Guys, currently i just started to collect DC Direct / DC Comics Bust (not Sideshows one larr).

is there any of you have idea where to get this? instead of buying through it is so much expansive than US stores. you can refer to the image

Can't believe my eyes, saw this fake avengers hulk selling for rm499 at local shops.... pants are sculpted though but the rest looks similar to real thing !!! I think the arms are separate pieces .. can see joints at elbow area

For those who cant afford the real thing at rm2xxx, including me... must must resist .. cannot support fake statues ....

Just started collecting Sideshow statues towards the end of last year, picking up Boba Fett and Vader under the Mythos line directly from SS, which was pretty expensive (rookie error).

Currently, I am hunting for Obi Wan Mythos and I understand there are a lot of hardcore/ veteran Sideshow collectors here and I wanted to find out where would be the best place to go to find him? and where do you guys go to buy Sideshow in KL in general?

I believe all speedy should have... saw at 2 branches so far

Local stores here don't bring in a lot of brands eg DC, bowen, weta, etc., maybe because there is no asian distributor for these brands ... maybe that's a business opportunity 

Aside from that some comic shops and bookshops eg. kinokuniya do special orders based on comic catalogues and basically all brands ... of course, they do some markups etc. 

What busts you have accumulated?

Think for me, max will get comic and movie dark knight batman versions enough already

Imagine if they (incl hot toys) also release the val kilmer and clooney batmans... oh .. and also silverstone batgirl with robin..hoohoo
