How does rentacoder.com works? Any experiences? Please share!

I'm reading the FAQs now.. perhaps i'm just looking for people around here who have tried working there.. maybe can share their experiences. I know many people here would love to try to earn some cash with their IT skills of course ;-)

Tried rentacoder for a month when I was reaaaally pressed for money about a year ago. They take 15% of your bid, and if you use Western Union instead of PayPal, they're going to cukai summore.

All the sellers there are cheapskates. You have to fight price with coders from Romania and India who're willing to accept low low price for big big job. I once did a site with PHP CMS + design for $150usd. Took one month. Not worth it

But as I said, I was desperate for cash and rentacoder did the trick. Go for it if NBTD. You'll be able to earn more than RM5/hour jobs but you'll be paid very very low compared to the service required.
