With adaptor can archieve 12v for higher fan speed.
With usb only 5v which result in slower speed. Am I right? My friend said using adaptor waste of electricity. |

How to modify? Cut the head and join with what? Need to careful with this kind of thing. Beginner here. Wanna buy cooler but no money. See can DIY a cooler or not using old stuff. Also got fans from old PSU.
