Just recently went to view the 2 1/2 Storey Terrace at Sinar 2, Bandar Saujana Utama. For intermediate, starting price RM550K with a built up of 2402 sqft. I tried using PLUS Highway (Exit Rawang Selatan) and Latar Highway from Tol Jalan Duta, cost about RM6.90 per trip. Although the main entrance can get really busy on peak house, there are other alternative using the back entrance and exit straight to Latar Highway. For 2 storey terrace, intermediate price is about RM430K with a built up of 2100 sqft.

I booked 1 corner unit before, after signed SPA the salesman told me that he giving me the wrong price which is BUMI price...
they only discover the mistake after we signed SPA, and the salesman try to ask us bear for the additional 7% cost which is not our mistake... if anyone interest with the house, please ask carefully of the price and black and white. besides that do not agree 100% loan offer, else anything happen you have to bear another 10% cost... i was cancel the purchase due to they did not give us any solution and late feedback. you may consider sunway alam suria 2 1/2 storey buid up (2317 sq. ft) starting price Rm675k (3% discount, another 5% rebate for non DIBS package) show house js ready last 2 days. which is more near and nice environment |

IMHO, 2402 SQFT for 2 1/2 storey is quite small b/up.
Most of the project I know is at least 2800 and above for 2 1/2. Anyway, the design is good but location is quite far |

The existing semi d link bungalow almost sold out. left only one unit at 950k. I wish to sell mines at 850 k at sg buloh country resort, bandar saujana utama. with all fixtures like hot water, aircond, lights and quality finishes. security fence. Price still negotiate.

I think for own stay saujana utama is a good place to stay. Investment it will take longer time to appreciate. But this place got a lot of potetial and the population is also getting bigger with the new mkh dev.

Yes that right..very heavy traffic congested in early morning..for example, if u want to skip traffic congested, you have to go to work at 6.am-6.30(max)..if not...like hell

i think now they reopen SU4 for registration..i already reg las year thou.
just call them up recently and they said no update for the development yet. probably cant even complete by next year.. prev i was told price around 400k (last year)..wonder what the price will be after GST..pffft.. |

Yeah, that is true. I think the commercial area would be much more busy once eco grandeur and elmina green completed. If im not mistaken ive heard there is a back road conneting the new SU construction with eco grandeur and hillpark

I’m booked for saujana perdana new project by Glomac. Hm but I’m still thinking to proceed or not. Becoz looking at the area, most of the Taman don’t have security guard, I’m abit worry for the safety, hmm then I’m also working so far.. at klcc. Someone can give your opinion. Hmm

If you want G&G, Elmina if I'm not mistaken G&G but also need to apply by the residents. Just pre-arrange by developer. LBS and Eco Grandeur G&G but strata. BSC and Worldwide not sure tho. What is your main reason for booking Saujana Perdana? and one more thing what are your top 3 criteria for your property? maybe Location? Size? or any other factors. |

I booked dahlia. Actually I aim to get landed house and looking at the size of 22x75 its quite big and its individual title. So I think worth it la. But then, now I’m thinking about the security concern. During my booked I thought Glomac will build the gate to cover overall place, hence we just only build the jmb and hire security guard for that. But then, I saw it’s open place.
For the traffic concern, I think now should be ok kot. Becoz they opened new exit to dash kan.. I’m also not sure haha.. Aprt frm that, I also want to know how the community here.. whoever has experience staying in BSU for long. |
