Well, at the end of every item roll, you will still need the RL luck, i seen items drop for the classes they play, you got like 20% RL luck to get the item for your class(not to mention another ingame roll to get the stats you want.)

I can say RL luck roll effects your rolls even more, just like lottery.

Unfortunately, lottery odds are against us, otherwise I won't be working and earning peanuts right now.
